Oakwood Golf Classic Tournament & Auction
The Oakwood Golf Classic Tournament & Dinner Auction is held on a bi-annual basis in the spring. This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to join the Oakwood families for a day on the fairways. After the golfing is concluded, golfers and non-golfer guests gather for a casual dinner, awards and a silent auction.
The 2007 tournament is scheduled for May 11, 2007 at The Ranch Golf Club in San Jose.
The Golf Committee is made up of parent volunteers and much work and planning goes into making this an enjoyable event. Volunteers are always needed for both planning and on the day of the event. Sponsors and donations of auction items are also needed in order to make this event a successful fundraiser for the school. As with all donations to the school, proceeds from this event go to support the five funds of the Oakwood Capital Campaign.
