Miss Idleman knows how to balance academics and athletics. She was a three-sport athlete in high school. A Presidential Scholarship took her to the Savannah College of Art and Design where she played on both the women's volleyball and basketball teams. She served as a team captain, received the Coach's MVP Award, and was an Academic All American and an NCAA playoffs qualifier. She received her bachelor's degree, majoring in Illustration and Graphic Design and minoring in Media and Performing Arts, and is an artist in her own right. Miss Idleman serves as the Director of Athletics, as well as teaching visual arts and yearbook. Her rapport with students and her genuine desire to help them be successful make her an excellent part of the Oakwood team.
